Henrik J. Andersen is Senior R&D Manager of Arla Foods Ingredients Group P/S, a hundred percent subsidiary of Arla Foods amba.

Henrik J. Andersen’s day-to-day responsibilities comprise internal and external long-term research & innovation activities including internal research portfolio management within Arla Foods Ingredients and at the same time being responsible for research and educational policy issues on behalf of global Arla Foods amba.
Before becoming Senior R&D Manager in Arla Foods Ingredients, Henrik J. Andersen held positions as Head of Open Innovation and Corporate R&D Director of Arla Foods amba and before that had a career within research and senior research management in the areas of food production and quality, processing,
packaging and storage and foodomics working at universities and governmental research institutes.
Henrik J Andersen holds a Ph.D. in Food Chemistry and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Food Science and Technology in Copenhagen. Moreover, he holds an Honorary Professor title in Nano and Food Science at University of Aarhus, Denmark.
